Class Offerings
Master Herbalist (MH)
Coming Fall 2025
This program is designed for individuals who want to work professionally in holistic wellness, either in an office or a virtual setting. Students receive far more than a reading list and open-book tests. At CSNH, we emphasize deep understanding and practical application. Along with self-paced study materials and assessments, you’ll participate in live, instructor-led online study groups that strengthen critical thinking skills—essential for making informed and confident recommendations.
While there is currently no licensure for herbalists in the United States, graduates may offer general wellness education and holistic guidance as long as they do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions.
Natural Health Foundations (NHF)
Coming Fall 2025
This entry-level diploma provides a solid introduction to the principles of natural health. Students gain a working knowledge of anatomy and physiology, nutrition, and holistic health practices that can be applied personally or as the foundation for further professional study.
Graduates are prepared with the skills and confidence to use natural health principles for personal wellness or to continue into advanced diploma programs.
Holistic Health Professional (HHP)
Coming Fall 2025
This diploma builds on the foundations of natural health and prepares students for a deeper level of study and application. The program explores how lifestyle, nutrition, health history, and environment contribute to overall wellness.
Students gain practical training in natural approaches such as nutrition, herbal support, lifestyle education, and stress management, all framed through a holistic perspective. The emphasis is on education and guidance—helping individuals understand how to support balance in their lives—rather than on diagnosing or treating medical conditions.
Graduates of this program are prepared to work as holistic wellness educators, coaches, or consultants, or to continue into the Traditional Doctor of Naturopathy (TDN) program.
Naturopathy (TND)

This comprehensive diploma program is designed for individuals who want to build a full-scale holistic wellness practice or gain advanced knowledge of the human body and holistic health. Students explore how lifestyle, nutrition, emotional health, and environment influence overall well-being.
Training emphasizes education and support rather than diagnosis or treatment. Students learn to assess wellness patterns, understand whole-person balance, and provide natural health education tailored to individual needs.
Our curriculum goes beyond textbooks and open-book tests. You’ll participate in live, instructor-led online study groups that reinforce key concepts and help you develop the critical thinking skills required to make informed, responsible decisions when working with diverse clients.
Graduates are awarded the designation of Traditional Doctor of Naturopathy (TDN)—a traditional, educational title, not a medical degree or license.
